If you have not received your message please check your junk or spam folder. Mark the message as Not Spam.
It appears that if you have a Telstra-Bigpond email address the messages are not being delivered. This is very frustrating and we are working to resolve this issue.
Currently, the recommended steps to take are:
- Sign in to the email account at https://email.telstra.com/webmail/
- Select Settings
- Select Mail
- Select Safe Senders
- Add the address *@myphotoclub.com.au
This should ensure all future messages from MyPhotoClub are delivered.
